Glory for Lincolnshire in ten pin bowling
Lincolnshire's under-24 men's team ten pin bowling team struck gold at the Young Adults' Club Inter-County Championships in Peterborough.
The five-man team, managed by Gordon Machin, saw off the challenge of five other counties to win gold at the tournament for the very first time.

Their female counterparts were also successful, winning the silver medal.
On the way to their wins, both teams broke the existing county record, for adults – the men racking up a huge 988 pins in a single game and the women, beating their previous best by 30 pins for a score of 860.
This was the first time that both teams had managed to win medals at the same time.
"There were some very strong teams in the competition," said the men's manager, Machin, whose hot-shots saw off Dorset, Lancashire, Middlesex, Norfolk and Surrey to win their prize.
"But we have a very good team as well, a team which includes internationals and they all played very well.
"The men's team achieved silver two years ago but to win the tournament for the first time is very special indeed."
Men's team: Jamie Cunningham, Arron Machin, David Jones (Captain), Gordon Machin (Team Manager), Scott Lowman, Glenn Robson, Tom Turner.
Women's team: Faye Elkington (Captain), Karen Kirkby, Kylie Bromley, Lauren Imms, Danni Hopcroft
