Graham Drury: Phil Watt will give Boston United some aggression
GRAHAM Drury believes new signing Phil Watt will give Boston United the aggression they have been crying out for.
Centre-back Watt joined the Pilgrims over the weekend after playing his final game for Grantham Town.

Drury knows all about the 24-year-old having signed him during his time at Corby Town in 2008.
And after seeing his side concede late goals at Corby and Workington, the Pilgrims boss believes Watt will help shore up their fragile defence.

"He's very brave, he's very vocal, he won't want to be exposed and he'll shut gaps up," said Drury, whose side host Colwyn Bay on Saturday (3pm).
"And if the midfielders aren't doing their jobs, he will tell them too.
"He's a leader and he's aggressive in what he does.
"Don't get me wrong, he's a lovely kid, but he's not nice when he crosses that white line – and I think we need that.
"Sometimes we're a little bit too nice. We are quite a neat and tidy footballing side, but we need a few more soldiers.
"Phil will give us a little bit of strength. One thing Phil sees is that white ball, and he wants to win it no matter what.
"He also wants to make sure he's got the right cover behind him so he doesn't get exposed.
"He's stepping up a level so it might take him a couple of games to get use to it, but I'm delighted to have him here at Boston United."
Watt began his career as a trainee with hometown club Rotherham before moving to Lincoln City in 2005.
He worked his way through to the first-team at Sincil Bank, playing for the Imps in League Two during the 2007/08 season.
Watt's appearances for the Imps included an outing at Nottingham Forest's City Ground in the FA Cup.
However, Watt was released by then Lincoln boss Peter Jackson in February 2008 and dropped into the non-league game with Drury's Corby.
The defender helped the Steelmen to the Southern League title in 2009 before joining Grantham, where he enjoyed more success.
Last season, Watt played a key role as the Gingerbreads swept to the Evo-Stik Division One (South) title.
This season, he has been a regular for Grantham in the Evo-Stik Premier Division, one step below Blue Square Bet North.
Watt's arrival will provide more competition for young centre-backs Tom Ward and Nathan Stainfield, who remain part of Drury's plans.
"They're young and they're learning," said Drury of the pair.
"I just want them to learn quickly and cut the mistakes out. I've got no doubts they can do it."
