Gusts of up to 60mph in Lincolnshire
This morning's early weather forecast for Lincolnshire has rung true with very strong winds already recorded at local weather stations.
The Met Office forecast for gales of up to to 60mph in the county has been very accurate.
Gusts up to 53mph have already been recorded at Donna Nook on the Lincolnshire coast - at least 10mph stronger than the wind speeds on the North York Moors and Yorkshire Wolds.

The strong northerly winds have blown down tree branches, leading to Lincolnshire Police warnings to motorists to take care on the roads today.
And the gales are expected to continue through Thursday night and into Friday morning.
