Half-time: Lincoln City 0 Forest Green Rovers 2
Forest Green Rovers look set for a priceless win against Lincoln City as they lead 2-0 at half-time at Sincil Bank.
Dave Hockaday's side led after just seven minutes when Jan Klukowski turned in from close range after Reece Styche's shot hit the bar.
-

Jake Thomson nearly hauled Lincoln level with a thunderous drive from 20 yards which cracked the post.
Lincoln were pushing hard for an equaliser, but on the stroke of half-time they conceded a second when Chris Stokes' effort was deemed to have crossed the line.

“I'm afraid I disagree redimp45. I have just got home from today's match and, although I agree we were very poor today, I just can't see what good a new manager would do at this stage.
In the long term the only solution is to sack the incompetent chairman and the whole board, and have new people running the club. In the short term I really don't think a new manager (with zero budget for new players) is going to make any difference at all. We are doomed regardless.
Unfortunately we are heading towards certain relegation, and we are going to have to take the pain for at least another 10 years. Maybe after the ground has been sold and the Cabal have left (which they will do after they have sold the ground) then we can form a new phoenix Club - AFC Lincoln - and try to work our way up through the pyramid like Wimbledon have done. But Lincoln City FC are finished, and a new manager will make little difference.”

“Hopefully this is the final nail in Holdsworths coffin. Yet another desperate fight for survival. How embarrassing.”
