Traffic was diverted from the area of High Street and St Mary's Street on March 5.

Network Rail’s mobile team was on site at around 10.45am and able to manually operate the barriers to keep people moving while the repair was done, which was completed around 12.15pm.

“Doesn't say where the diversion was ... but if it was the Wharf crossing... then this is the reason why that crossing MUST remain.”
