Young people can sign up for an adventurous personal development course.
The Prince's Trust team programme, which is run locally by Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue, is open to people aged between 16 and 25.
The 12-week personal development programme involves caving and climbing, as well as team challenges, community work, a job placement, and careers guidance.
Kim Jones from Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue, said: "The Prince's Trust team programme is a fantastic opportunity for young people to develop skills, as well as get work experience and qualifications.

Many of those who take part come from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Four new courses will be held: the first on September 9 in Gainsborough, then Boston on September 16, Lincoln on September 23 and Holbeach on September 30.
