The weather again played havoc with the Sills and Betteridge Lincolnshire League fixtures, as another three games were postponed in the north of the county.

Harvest eased their way into the final of the Challenge Cup, where they will meet Sleaford Town Reserves, with a 3-1 win at Boston Town Reserves.

Lincoln United Reserves also booked their place in the final of the Supplementary Cup by hitting Horncastle for six at Ashby Avenue.

Heckington United 3 Louth Town Reserves 4

Louth have Pete Dickinson to thank for their success at Heckington.

He scored a hat-trick and Neil Hodgson was also on target as Town consolidated their fifth place.

Mark Smith, Michael Musson and Jason Bullock replied.

Hykeham Town 3 Louth United 0

Hykeham Town returned to winning ways with a comfortable victory over Louth United.

Andrew Cooper, Jon Hanson and Stuart Hanson were on target for the home side.

Challenge Cup semi-final

Boston Town Reserves 1 Harvest 3

A Nathan Emson hat-trick helped Harvest into the final of the Challenge Cup, despite the visitors falling behind late in the first half to a Callum Stocks strike.

Harvest, who had to draft in midfielder Luke Marshall as a makeshift goalkeeper, with all three keepers unavailable, were level before the break through Emson's first.

In the second half Tom Hunter joined the action in place of the injured Harvest defender Kurt Barwick, who later discovered that he had suffered a broken ankle.

The visitors took the lead when Emson lofted the ball over the advancing goalkeeper after good work by Schofield.

Soon afterwards Harvest were awarded a penalty when Jon Oglesby was felled in the area, but Danny Durosomo's spot kick was saved by the Boston keeper.

Emson scored his sixth goal in three games to complete his hat-trick with a low drive into the bottom corner.

Supplementary Cup semi-final

Lincoln United Res 6 Horncastle Town 0

When these two met in the league a solitary goal proved to be enough to grab the three points.

But Lincoln took no prisoners in the re-match, with a hat-trick from Jordan Hempenstall and one goal apiece from Sean Wright, Paul Bartle and Ryan Beasley.
