Hundreds of visitors up for fun weekend
Lincoln residents and visitors can enjoy a weekend of free entertainment thanks to the Echo Bites Back campaign.
The void that was left following the cancellation of the Waterfront Festival will today be filled as hundreds of people turn out to enjoy rides, stalls and music on the Brayford Waterfront.

Football fans and families will be able to enjoy a day out at Lincoln City Football Club.
Entertainment is being provided by Lincs FM's John Marshall and DJs from the University of Lincoln's Siren FM.
Various dance groups from across the city will put on displays and visitors will have the chance to try out some Samba moves. Water events include boat rides and demonstrations from Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue.
A skateboarding half pipe and climbing wall on the university campus will also be available for the more adventurous.
On Sunday football fans and families will be able to enjoy a day out at Lincoln City Football Club where there will be games, stalls and entertainment until 3pm.
Spectators can then watch a free match between Sleaford Town and Lincoln City.
Rob Noble, event organiser for Lincoln City, said: "This year is set to be our biggest Community Open Day yet with a wide range of activities and fun things to do for all the family.
"It is an important event on the football club's calendar and we are sure that everyone attending will have a fantastic cheap day out."
