Imps appoint new co-Vice Chairmen
Lincoln City has appointed David Parman and David Featherstone as co-Vice Chairmen at the club.
The appointment was made at last week's monthly board meeting, with both directors quick to pledge their support to Chairman Bob Dorrian.

It is hoped the appointments will help spread the workload and take some of the pressure off the Chairman.
Mr Featherstone said: "Having supported the Imps for 44 years and been a director for coming up to 12 months now, I am delighted to become co-Vice Chairman.

"The Club finds itself in its lowest position for a long while and as a supporter and director I feel that this is the opportunity to help the Club make its way back to the Football League - a position where the facilities, stadium and supporter base deserve.
"The Board and Chairman in particular has taken a lot of criticism recently and it is only when you are involved on a day-to-day basis, like I am, that you see how hard everyone at the Club works.

Mr Parman said: "Since joining the Board, and despite the best efforts of some, 'everyone' at the football club has remained focused on the job in hand and has worked extremely hard to re-establish the critical foundations that will underpin our challenge of taking the Club forward over the coming seasons.
"We have a very positive, committed and united board here at Lincoln City Football Club and I am very much looking forward to working alongside David Featherstone in supporting our Chairman Bob Dorrian over the coming seasons. Up the Imps!"

Sweepclean, I have no idea on the money front, I presume not. But it will be good to share the work load and take Bob out of the usual sightline of the snipers. People tend to struggle with more than one person to make as a scapegoat which is why we have rants against "the board".”
