Jack Harvey gets fired up for the start of the season
Jack Harvey will pit his wits against some of the motor racing world's biggest stars on Friday, in the David Brabham Celebrity Karting Challenge.
The Bassingham race ace (pictured) is going head-to-head against the likes of the 2009 Le Mans 24-hour race winner Alex Wurz and triple World Touring Car Champion Andy Priaulx at the Autosport International Show at the Birmingham NEC, which runs until Sunday.

The 16-year-old Lincoln Minster pupil, who will race again in Formula BMW this year, will compete in a 90-minute endurance race – supporting Malaria No More UK – alongside his Racing Steps Foundation team-mates.
The race will see four professional drivers on each team, with two other positions available to members of the public, for a charity donation.
The race will be held in the main Live Action arena in front of a 5,000-strong crowd has attracted top names such as Allan McNish, Johnny Herbert, Darren Turner, Marino Franchitti and Emanuele Pirro over the years.
"It's going to be great to be able to race against some of the drivers that hopefully I'll be racing against as I progress through my career in front of a big crowd," said Harvey, who finished seventh in his debut season in Formula BMW.
"Me and the rest of the Racing Steps drivers will be trying our hardest to go out and beat the top stars.
"It would be great to go head-to-head for the win against David Brabham in the closing laps.
"There's definitely going to be some competitive spirit out there."
