“Keith lived in my village, his daughter goes to my daughter's school. He was the kind of person you knew was big just by seeing him on the street and so big he could and would talk to anyone. He was a beautiful person.
The family remembered to invite the teachers and playgroup staff who knew him and worked with him to give his children the best start - very very thoughtful.
We went to the Lincoln City Match and saw the world cup that night (for what it was worth at our memorial night for Keith). No one really cared the word cup was there - all we wanted to do was remember Big Keef! and I think he would have laughed his yellow socks off ( whilsts feeling proud - and rightly so).
For our Village hero and Lincoln City Man through and through we were proud to have him as a neighbour. He had so many friends that we can't call ourselves 'friends', but the kind of man he was he probably would have thought so though. A sad sad loss. Bless his children and family xxx”

“Tributes were given by Keiths son and brother, Macclesfield chairman and Lincoln city chaplain. Minster school sixth form provided 2 songs that Keith loved. Mr Bojangles and No woman No cry. Numerous meaningful prayers were said and the hymns sang included All things bright and beautiful, bread of heaven and Amazing Grace. The whole service was a thanksgiving for Keiths life. Truly inspirational and one could imagine Keith looking down and smiling that lovely smile.”
