LANDLORDS in the area are invited to a forum taking place in Lincoln next week.

North Kesteven District Council, City of Lincoln Council and the National Landlords Association are working together to deliver the forum which will take place on Tuesday, February 12, at The Holiday Inn Express, Ruston Way.

The event will focus on elements such as how to avoid the tenant from hell and raising energy efficiency – responsibilities and assistance.

The course of the evening will include informative and factual talks from industry professionals; Landlord Action's Paul Shamplina, National Energy Action's Paul Cartwright and NLA representative Lynda Bowen, offering the chance for landlords to find out more on particular areas of concern.

North Kesteven District Council's housing renewal manager will also be on hand to talk.

He will also be gauging the views of landlords' on the council's new Private Sector Housing Renewal Strategy which is currently being consulted on.
