Learn about healthy living at Boston Library
PEOPLE interested in leading a healthier lifestyle are being invited to go along to sessions at Boston Library.
Held every Tuesday from 6pm to 7pm the sessions are part of a programme to promote knowledge and understanding of healthy living from food to fitness.
Organiser Alona Tirzite said: "We hope these sessions will be popular with people in Boston and that the project will be informative as well as enjoyable.
"People can learn about the nutritional traffic light labelling, how to plan a healthy menu, how to store food safely and how to prevent the spread of bacteria."
