Lincoln City Trust increase shareholding in club

The Lincoln City Supporters Trust has increased its shareholding in Lincoln City thanks to a kind donation from a former shareholder.

Recently, the Trust managed to secure 40,000 shares for a nominal sum to bring its stake in the club to 25 per cent.

"The Trust benefited from a generous gesture from an retired lady who wanted to pass on her shares in the club," explained Trust spokesman Rob Bradley (pictured above).

"The lady didn't wish to keep her shareholding and wanted the Trust to have them."
