Lincoln City boss Chris Sutton still searching for new talent
Lincoln City boss Chris Sutton refused to rule out making further signings today as he intensifies his to bid to correct the imbalances of his squad.
The Imps chief raided the transfer market again this week to bring Sergio Torres back to Sincil Bank after the Argentinean penned a loan deal until the end of the season.

The 25-year-old, who is in the squad for tomorrow's trip to Morecambe, is Sutton's seventh signing since he was appointed last month, meaning City's squad now consists of 31 players.
Torres' arrival, on the back of Khano Smith's move to the club, provides serious competition on the left-hand side, but the right wing still lacks an orthodox wideman.
Sutton says he is still on the hunt to improve the quality of his team, but only with players that he feels can actually make a difference.
"We had to come in assesses what we had and it's fair to say, because I played for a long time, that we need to carry some sort of threat," said Sutton.
"It's also fair to say there has been a bit of imbalance in the fact we seem overloaded in certain positions and not others, such as the wide areas.
"We haven't had an abundance of players, but with Sergio's arrival and Khano, we do have a few options.
"But as I say, if we can improve and bring somebody in on the right terms then they we will do."

“I am still far from impressed and the fact that we have only conceeded is down to opposition not taking their chances, not us defending well. We should have been battered by both Mac and Torquay, at some point this bloke will get found out. Personally I was looking forward to John Pemp at the bank and still think that the board made a mistake in appointing him.”

“The board seem to be giving Sutton the support he deserves. IMO he is doing a great job, working on the team from the back forward. Though surprised when he was appointment, I have faith in him to make the right decisions, faith I had previously lost. Can't go tomorrow but am looking forward to a victory!
PS. I noticed typos in my last post. More haste, less speed!”

“You don't giv money to a manger if you have lost confidence in. You shouldn't drop your top scorer just because you and/or you assistent don't like him!”
