Lincoln City call on volunteers to help them clear Sincil Bank pitch
Lincoln City are calling on volunteers to head down to Sincil Bank to help them remove snow from the pitch today.
The Imps are set to host Forest Green Rovers in the Blue Square Bet Premier on Saturday, but following snowfall overnight and this morning, the pitch is in need of clearing.

The snow on the pitch at Sincil Bank needs clearing.
The club cannot get their frost covers over the whole of the pitch until it is clear.
Fans are asked to turn up at the club at any time today. Shovels are provided, but wheelbarrows would be very handy.

“I thought we had a load of injuries, so why clear the pitch when another week of postponed games would help them probably recover and allow us to have a stronger team available.”
