Lincoln Ladies appoint Keith Boanas as manager
Lincoln Ladies have unveiled Estonia women's boss Keith Boanas as their new manager.
The former Charlton Ladies and Millwall Lionesses boss will officially take charge of the Lady Imps in January on a three-year deal.
Lincoln have been searching for a new manager since sacking Glen Harris following a disappointing second season in the Women's Super League.
And in the Boanas they have recruited one of the most respected figures in the women's game.

"I have watched the FAWSL with interest over the past two years and I am delighted to be given the chance to manage one of the most ambitious clubs in the competition," said Boanas, who recently acquired his UEFA Pro Licence, the highest coaching qualification available.
"This wasn't an easy decision for me though. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with Estonia and have a tremendous amount of respect for them.
"I certainly wouldn't have considered leaving that job if I hadn't been presented with a role that I thought could allow me to make a real difference.
"I was flattered when Lincoln approached me about their position and the chance to work on a daily basis with players is something that I have definitely missed.
"It was clear, early on in my discussions with Lincoln, that they hold similar ambitions to myself, to be challenging at the very top of the game and to take women's football on to the next level.
"I am incredibly excited about the challenge that lies ahead of us."
