Action from the Lincolnshire Football League Supplementary cup final at Ashby Avenue.
Sleaford's goal hero was Craig Gordon, who notched twice against a side who played most of the match with 10 men.
Extra time was also required in the Supplementary Cup Final, at the same venue, where Lincoln United Reserves edged out local rivals Ruston Sports.
Earlier in the week Boston Town Reserves lifted themselves out of the bottom two with a home win over lowly Cleethorpes Town.
Hykeham Town won the top of the table clash at Rustons, while 2009 champions CGB Humbertherm beat their successors to the crown, Harvest.

Jordan Hempenstall gave Lincoln the lead in the 10th minute, but midway through the first half, Lloyd Freeman equalised with a clever lob over the United keeper.
Former United keeper Phil McGann denied his former team-mates with a number of fine saves, but there was little he could do to stop a right foot drive from Shaun Booth nestling into the bottom corner of the net six minutes into extra time.
Sports pushed for a second equaliser, but their hopes were dashed 12 minutes from the end when Joe Kelway forced the ball home at the far post.
Man of the match went to Rustons' defender Jak Goddard.
