Arrest after bomb hoax at Lincoln Jobcentre
A police search for a bomb in Lincoln has ended after the scare was dismissed as a hoax.
The alarm was raised when a man walked into the Orchard Street Jobcentre Plus and told staff he had put a bomb outside.

Officers were alerted at 2.45pm and searched the street, which was cordoned off at both ends.
The road has now been reopened.

Steven James Miller, 49, of Carrington Drive, Lincoln, was arrested in connection with the incident.
He has been charged with making a hoax bomb threat and has been released on bail.
He is to appear at Lincoln Magistrates' Court on Tuesday, October 23.
