KATIE PRICE: If I stay in Lincoln I'll just go out for a meal as I don't like sight-seeing
KATIE Price's upcoming trip to Lincoln could feature on her new fly-on-the-wall documentary series.
The media savvy celeb will be followed by a camera crew as they start filming for the next installment of ITV2's What Katie Did Next.
-

Celebrity queen Katie Price.
She will be at the city's WH Smith store on July 30 to sign copies of her new book Paradise, the fifth in Katie's series of Angel novels.
Katie said: "The camera crew will be following me everywhere.
And although Katie has been to Lincolnshire for the Burghley Horse Trials in the past, the book signing will be the first time the former model has appeared in Lincoln.
"We have included Lincoln on the tour because I like to get to as many places as I can," said Katie.
"I enjoy travelling around the country and I really enjoyed being at Burghley, even though I didn't win any prizes."
More than a thousand people are expected to turn up to see Katie at the signing, which starts at 5pm.
Fans will be allowed to queue for five hours before her arrival.
The owners of WH Smith in the Cornhill have suggested the celebrity's visit will be bigger than that of the Queen.
But Katie is less confident.
"I don't know how people see me these days," said Katie.
"It depends on what people read. I get bored of all the stories on the covers of magazines.
"It is all speculation from sources and they put pictures in of me looking miserable. But that's not me at all.
"I've got time for everyone and even if there are a lot of people at the book signing, I'll wait and sign for everyone."
Driving over to Lincoln, Katie has yet to decide whether she will stay in the city overnight.
But if she does, she will avoid sightseeing in favour of finding somewhere nice to eat.
"Sightseeing bores the hell out of me," said Katie.
"It's like gardening. My mum says when I get older I will like gardening and I say I won't.
"Even in London, I couldn't tell you what the buildings are that I drive past, apart from Big Ben. I know Big Ben.
"When I stay in a city I usually get something to eat in the hotel or go out for something to eat. My favourite food is Indian. I order chicken korma with extra cream, boiled rice and a Tia Maria and coke."
But fans of Katie's hubby Alex Reid may be disappointed as the cage fighter is busy training for this next fight.
"Alex might not be able to come because he has a fight to train for," said Katie.
"But absence makes the heart grow fonder."

“"I feel for you if you have nothing better to do than moan about someone your not interested in,you must lead a very sad and boring life".
Surely the people prepared to wait for hours to see this nonentity must also fall into this category (Sad and boring lives) Why not instead, line the road outside of the County hospital and clap and cheer some of the life-saving doctors and nurses as they arrive for work? Or would they need to appear in Chat & Hello before they gained your fawning admiration? Also.. If she has written those novels and autobiographies single-handedly, then I am J K Rowling! My new book, 'Harry Potter and the Curse of the Dribbling Half-Wits' will be out in time for Christmas. I won't be writing it myself, nor will I be signing copies......”

“This article generated 30 (including mine) comments, the first one (seems to have dropped off the radar) and generated probably the same amount of posts.
This woman is like Marmite, you know what I mean by that.
She has certainly created a stir, and the machine to print money is launched yet again. You've got to admire the woman, come on, how many of us have the savvy to hold court like she does? I bet she hasn't an educational qualification to her name, yet she can rake money in, left, right, and centre, she's one very clever lady, and I hate everything she stands for, or more the truth isn't, plastic is the Queen, and nature takes a back seat. I know which one I prefer!”

“"we all enjoy different things and it would be very boring if we all wanted to do the same."
Exactly.
Some people like to have a pop at washed-up, plastic, money-grabbing, zero-talent z-listers who breeze into town on a wave of egomania and self-importance, so please, follow your own advice and leave them to it.”

“oh dear all these people who are writing in to moan,I feel for you if you have nothing better to do than moan about someone your not interested in,you must lead a very sad and boring life. There are many people who will be looking forward to meeting her and its very selfish of you to not want her to visit,if your not interested then get a life and do something different and leave other people to have a good time,we all enjoy different things and it would be very boring if we all wanted to do the same.As for dragging kids take a minute to think some are really exited,I have a three children and will be taking my seven year old because she wants to go.Any way good to see you care enbough to moan lol”
