Lincoln man charged over sexual assault of girl, 9
A man has been charged with the sexual assault of a nine-year-old girl in Lincoln.
Officers charged local man Scott Edward Owen, 28, with the sexual assault of a girl in Manby Street on May 18.

He was remanded in custody and will appear at Lincoln Magistrates' Court this morning.
