Lincoln's Old Bakery reaches semi-fianl of Marco Pierre White TV show
One of Lincoln's top restaurants has made the semi-finals of a television show.
Alan Ritson, owner of The Old Bakery in Burton Road, and head chef Ivano de Serio are taking part in Marco Pierre White's show Kitchen Wars.
And after progressing from the heats they are now one of just 12 pairs to have made it to the semi-finals, which will be broadcast at 8pm on Thursday, June 28.
They will be featured on the show as they bid for a place in the final.

Mr Ritson said: "It has all been hard work but we have enjoyed it and it has been a great experience.
"The heats were a unique experience, working in Marco's 'battle truck' and we are now looking forward to watching the semi finals."
The Old Bakery's semi-final can be seen on Channel 5.
