Lincoln's new Premier Inn to open on Valentine's Day
The new Lincoln Premier Inn will open on Valentine's Day.
The Broadgate hotel has 131 rooms, with each catering for up to two adults and two children.

The £6.5m development is being built on the site of the former Save petrol station and O'Rourkes pub.
Whitbread PLC, which owns the Premier Inn brand, says the new property will contribute more than £1 million to the local economy and create 30 new jobs.

“I agree with VictorToo. I've not seen anyone resembling a builder on site since before Xmas.
As for the parking, I understand they will use the council car park behind the building, not N.C.P. The nearest N.C.P car park is a little way down Rumbold Street and I for one would not leave my car in there over night!”

“I think they'll be doing well if they do open on the 14th. I go past there a couple of times a week, it's still a building site inside and there's no sign of any work going on, so good luck to them.”

“howcasual,I believe it was reported that they will use the ncp multistorey behind it,I must admit that I was dubious of how this new hotel would look but its actually quite an attractive building and fits in well with the surrounding architecture”
