The predictions were made at the boot camp stage, in which Ella received a standing ovation and even brought Nicole to tears with her tender rendition of Cher's hit single Believe.
They were then sealed in an envelope and revealed on The Xtra Factor, following the live final, which saw Ella return to the stage and take the lead in a group performance, singing Florence and the Machine's hit single Spectrum.
Ella is now preparing for 2013, which will see her perform to thousands of fans in the 19-date UK and Ireland X Factor tour.
In an exclusive interview with The Journal, the bi-monthly glossy magazine published by Lincolnshire Media, Ella also revealed that she would be working on her debut album in a bid to make 2013 the "year of Ella".
"I just can't wait to begin experimenting in the new year, because it's my job to come up with the ideas and get them down," she said.
"This time next year I'd love to have an album out and for everyone to know my songs.
"But whether it made it big in the charts or not, as long as it put a smile on people's faces, that's all I care about.
"My album would definitely have a raw sound, though.
"I want it to sound real and there'll be some really emotive songs on there, because they're the kind of songs I write best.
"I want to make a record that's going to really hit people. Something that takes you through a story or a journey, with ups and downs on it."
Ella was eliminated from The X Factor after being in the bottom two with eventual winner James Arthur.
It took millions of viewers by surprise and even prompted veteran judge Louis Walsh to proclaim it the biggest shock in the history of The X Factor.
"In the nine years of doing this show, I'm gobsmacked. Those two people didn't deserve to be in the bottom two," he said.
Latest research from Twitter UK has revealed that it was the third-most talked about event of 2012 on the social networking site, behind only Boris Johnson dancing at the Olympics closing ceremony and England losing on penalties to Italy in Kiev, back in June.

“She is quite obviously a good singer and well trained far away from Tetney. She is not though a raw singer and it is sure to be another copy cat album sadly. I don't usually mind what is on in the charts but 3 weeks ago all but one song in the top ten had featured on x Factor. Best of luck to her, hopefully she will produce something a bit different like Dianna Vickers but more successfully.”

“I never claimed to be better Adam, nor do I feel bitter when people follow their dreams, but, there is a distinct lack of singing talent around now and people seem to have lowered their expectations of what a singer is.
Go back 5 or 6 years on the X Factor and there was some REAL talent. these days its who has the most tragic "Journey" that they can try to get their nose in front and use smoke and mirrors to deflect their lack of talent.
Ella was one of the best of a bad bunch.”

“I'd like to see you do any better Charlie_Boy, she is an incredibly talented young lady and deserves nothing but success. Some people are just so bitter that others are able to follow their dreams.”
