Lincolnshire man's car seized for anti-social driving
A Vauxhall Corsa has been siezed by police after it was being driven in an anti-social manner on Pinchbeck Road in Spalding.
The incident occured in the early hours of August 27.
Section 59 of the Police Reform Act gives police officers the power to seize vehicles being used in a manner which causes alarm, distress or annoyance if the driver or the vehicle has been subject of a previous warning in the last 12 months.
A previous warning had been placed on the vehicle on August 19 and the driver of the car, a 23 year-old Cowbit man, has also been reported separately for driving offences.

Inspector Jim Tyner said, "Several drivers have received warnings under this legislation in recent weeks, so this seizure should remind them that, if they are caught on a second occasion, we can and will seize their car".
