Which two Lincolnshire places will feature in Crap Towns Returns?
Two towns in the county will feature in Crap Towns Returns.
Boston was voted number 44 in a poll to determine which places should be featured in the book.
The town made the 100-strong shortlist earlier this year, sparking a big debate on whether Boston deserved to be labelled ‘crap’, and even resulted in a photographic exhibition to try to show off the area’s beauty.
However, the people behind the book have revealed that Boston did secure enough votes to make the cut, and features in the book which is released on Thursday.
The introduction to the Boston chapter states: "Until the 17th Century, Boston was one of Britain's most important towns.
"Then everyone left and it became one of the most boring instead."
Crap Towns was first published in 2003.
Louth was voted number 32 in the poll while the top spot was awarded to London.
Lincoln also made the 100 shortlist.
