Live Twitter debate planned over closure of Lincoln's Lucy Tower car park
City council leader Ric Metcalfe will be fielding questions about the closure of Lincoln's Lucy Tower car park during a live Twitter debate.

The 458-space car park shuts for five months on March 25 for vital repairs and alterative spaces are being made available.
But news of the closure has prompted questions from the public ranging from how businesses will be affected to where will commuters park.

Councillor Metcalfe will be answering questions on Lucy Tower through the @lincolncouncil twitter account at 12.30pm on Wednesday, March 13.
He said: "We appreciate the closure of Lucy Tower car park will cause disruptions, but the works are essential to preserve the site's future.
"Due to the number of people set to be affected, it is important they understand why we have made this decision.
"I look forward to answering any questions people may have on the closure."
