Louth Film Club to host documentary festival at Playhouse Cinema
MOVE over Cannes, Venice, Berlin and London – the red carpet will be rolled out in Louth for its very own film festival next week.
Louth Film Club is hosting a documentary film festival at the Playhouse Cinema, running for four nights from Monday, September 17 to Thursday 20.
Highlighting the recent surge in popularity of big-screen documentaries, the club is showing five of the best such films, two of them in a double bill.
Non-members will be welcome, paying the normal Playhouse Cinema ticket prices and both members and non-members can benefit from a special offer - buy a ticket for one screening and you can get into a second one free.
