Loving tributes paid to Rebecca Leigh Kelly from Lincoln
Loving tributes have been paid to a young woman with a "huge heart" who died after falling out of a tree.
Rebecca Leigh Kelly, 24, from Lincoln, suffered multiple fractures and head injuries in the accident.

The security worker died in the early hours of Saturday, September 8, at Leeds General Infirmary hospital.
The former Yarborough School pupil had moved to Leeds about eight months ago hoping to find more work.

Family friend of 20 years, Karen Graham, who now lives in Canada, paid tribute to Rebecca.
"She was one of the very few free speaking people that would tell it how it was, even at the risk of ridicule or argument," she said.
"Rebecca was well known for standing up for the minority – her heart was huge.
"She loved expressing herself through her body art and wore several facial piercings and tattoos. She also changed her hair colour and make-up style frequently and was easily recognisable. Often seen wearing large boots with high heels, she appeared to tower over everyone.
"Her unique sense of humour, freedom of self, one of a kind style and big brown eyes made her very approachable and she accumulated a huge number of friends."
Miss Kelly had worked for TSS Events, based in Saxilby, providing security at festivals and in clubs and bars.
Her manager Peter Odam, said: "Becky was bubbly, smiley and she knew how to talk to people in the right way. She absolutely got on with the police really well and she was a great employee. She was very much liked by the rest of the staff and the public and I know that she had a lot of friends.
We did a large job for a company contracting to Transport for London and Becky worked for us at the entrance to Westminster tube station throughout the Olympic Games and she was extremely good."
Mr Odam's daughter Kelly, 29, who co-owns the business, said: "Becky was great and she was so lovely. "She was always at the centre of everything. She was great at her job and she will be sadly missed."
Close friend Gemma Marshall, 29, from Lincoln, said Miss Kelly never took things too seriously.
"She was a legend, so fun, friendly and caring," she said.
"She had such a love of life and did everything at 100 miles an hour. She was not afraid to try out or do anything, she was so lively. She will be missed everywhere."
A keen festival goer, Miss Kelly made friends all around the country and beyond.
"She worked all round the country doing festivals and door work, she loved festivals," said Miss Marshall.
"When she wasn't working them, she would be at them. Everyone knew her at them, she could turn up on her own and still know everyone there. It is a huge loss and she was a massive character. She met people all over the world who will miss her.
"I am gutted but at the same time you can't be sad. Everything I see at the moment reminds me of her but you have got to laugh because there is some crazy, funny story about why it reminds me of her. I am going to miss her."

“i only knew her to speak too through my job, so in that respect i didnt know her as more than a collegue but i can say on first impressions of meeting her , she was a very friendly warm and kind individual. her larger than life personality was clear too see. someone who spoke as she saw it, expressed herself in her own way and didnt conform to standing in line and being a sheep to society. as i say, i didnt know her personally but its clear she was an amazing person who brought a lot to the world and her friends. If we had more people like her the world would be a better place. RIP”

We all make mistakes in life some more tragic than others, we lost a friend and some a family member. I choose to remember her for the crazy energetic girl I first met in Lincoln.

“I didnt know Becky but members of my family did. She sounded like a young girl who loved life.
Many of her friends may be too shocked and upset to articulate themselves as well as others, but that shouldnt allow other whoppers to be allowed to make their own shallow lives look better by cheap point scoring.
A young girl died, thats tragic enough without bullying her friends with aggressive dismissive posts. Theres a time and a place for that.
Respect and dignity comes easier to some than others I suppose.
Thoughts are with Beckys family and friends.”

“I often comment on this website to disagree with people or to wind some of them up.
But I'd just like to take this moment to say that despite the Echo's sensationalism and subsequent desperate back-pedalling there's enough in this story to see that this young woman was larger than life and packed a lot into her too few years. Whatever they have to endure today, I'd like Rebecca's family and friends to know that I'm truly sorry for her death and I'm sure that many people share that feeling.”
