“I'm guessing they just had him on trial but he chose to sign for Lincoln instead. As you would!”

“Daily man, I have just looked up Daley on Wikipedia, and his previous clubs are listed as follows:- Norwich, Stevenage, Plymouth and now Lincoln, no mention of Grimsby. Please clarify when he played for Grimsby.”

“He was seen as a real prospect at Norwich but couldn't break into the team as they won consecutive promotions. If things pan out he has the potential to do well.”

“Grimsby reject's abit rough. The lad hasn't kick a ball in anger yet. So far the jury's out regarding the Grimsby coaching staff in identifying a good player if they fell over him. They may have a few more bob than us, but they arn't tearing up many trees!!!!”

“I don't know anything about the lad. However, reading the above he seems worth a punt. Cannot imagine he will cost alot. Just hope if he shows promise we sign him to a contract, whereby the club does not loose out.”
