Make a date for new Food Friday
A NEW monthly food market in Louth will become known as Food Friday.
Starting this Friday, the popular food stalls at the East Lindsey District Council run market will be joined by a range of new stalls.
This market is in addition to Louth's weekly markets on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays and the monthly Farmers' market on the fourth Wednesday of the month.
Councillor Craig Leyland, portfolio holder for economic regeneration, said: "This new market adds to the appeal of Louth as a market town and showcases some of the areas fabulous local produce as well as supporting the local economy at the same time."

Special guests will be members of Louth's Allotment Association who will have a stall on September 13 with a sample of home grown produce encouraging people to grow their own food.
The other stall holders will be Tastee Low Fat Sausages, Greetham Eggs and Produce, Amor Espana Spanish food and cookware, Chantry Fisheries, The Fabulous Bakery, Larders Coffee, Larders Street Food, Smiths Fruit and Vegetables, Redhill Free Range Pork, Oslinc, Goatwood Dairy, Vicarage Farm Free Range Poultry, Sweet Heat Chilli Products, Schmit Hot Cakes, Spire Chocolates, Lincolnshire Lemonade Stall, Jenny's Jam, Kisses Kim, Old English Fruit, Olives and Lizzies Bakery.
