Man arrested following serious assault in Skegness
A man has been arrested following a serious assault in Skegness.
A 21-year-old Nottinghamshire man suffered a serious gash on his head in the attack at around 1am this morning outside the Stumble Inn in Lumley Road.

He is currently being treated in Boston's Pilgrim Hospital and his condition is not considered life-threatening.
A 43-year-old local man was arrested a short time later on suspicion of assault and possession of an offensive weapon.

He is currently being interviewed at Skegness Police Station. A bladed weapon has been recovered.
