Man charged with GBH on seven-week-old daughter in Lincoln
A Lincoln man has been remanded in custody on a charge of unlawfully and maliciously inflicting grievous bodily harm on his baby girl.
20-year-old, Nicholas O’Rourke, of Cotman Road, Lincoln, was charged after Jayce-Leigh O’Rourke suffered bruising to her face and around her eyes, a fractured skull, a bleed to the brain and a punctured lung.

Doctors fear she may have brain damage which is permanent.
O’Rourke, indicated no plea to the allegation from August 23 when he appeared at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court this morning.
