Man charged after football violence in Lincoln
A 29-year-old man has been charged with violent disorder after football fans clashed in Lincoln city centre last season.
Twenty-two people have now been arrested since the disturbance inside the Ritz pub on October 6.
The final man to be charged, from Hemel Hempstead, is due to appear before Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on October 29.
It comes after police appealed to football fans last month to help trace a man suspected of involvement in the disturbance.

Speaking to the Echo, PC Andy Pearson said: “This is the 22nd and final charge.
“We are delighted to have finally traced this final man in connection with the violence that occurred on the day of Lincoln against Luton last season.
“These people are not football fans and this is a clear message that we will not tolerate this behaviour at football matches.”
