Man indecently exposes himself on streets of Lincoln

“Has anybody seen the Mayor of Louth?”

“Flashers are not funny, I knew of two old ladies who came across a flasher, one died of shock the other had a stroke.”

“No, it's pretty well all cycle paths, and the bits where you ride on the pavement have those stupid whte lines that allow cycles to use them. Any more questions ?”

“I was cycling, not driving. And yes I was keeping up with this muppet.”

“I followed a guy who appeared to be drunk and riding a moped. He wasn't wearing a helmet, he was weaving all over the place, one minute riding on the road, then on the pavement, then back on the road again.

I reported it to the police, followed him down Birchwood Ave, along Doddington Road, got stopped by the level crossing, then up Trittion Road till he turned into Moorland Ave. I was on the phone the whole time telling them where he was going, and I never saw a police car turn up either. So much for the Government maintaining front line services.”

“i have been flashed 2 times near portland st in recent months by the same person. the second time it happend i phoned the police and for 7 mins i was talking to them i following him. i just cant understand WHY they didnt send someone out to me.”
