Man sets fire to wife's onesie after finding her naked with colleague
A man set fire to his wife’s onesie after finding her naked on the sofa with a work colleague.
James Spry, 29, of Sycamore Drive, Sleaford, returned home from a night out to find his wife in a “compromising position”.
In July, Spry had taken his wife to Skegness for the day in an attempt to rescue his marriage having separated a month before.

When back in Sleaford, the pair went out with separate friends and when Spry let himself into the matrimonial home at 4am, he found his wife naked with a work colleague.
Prosecuting, Nick Todd said: “Spry lost his temper and manhandled his wife out of the house.
“She got back in and he again manhandled her on the stairs.
“She fell a few steps, causing minor bruising to her arms and a carpet burn to her leg. He then began damaging walls and furniture and at one stage set fire to the onesie.”
Spry admitted charges of assault by beating and arson.
He also pleaded guilty to criminal damage to doors and walls of the property to the value of £400 during a hearing at Lincoln Magistrates’ Court on August 20.
In mitigation, Kerry Woollason said Spry now conceded his marriage was over.
‘He accepts the relationship is now over and is living with his parents before moving to Cornwall to start a new life’
“On their return from Skegness, they had sexual relations and agreed that he would move back in to the spare room,” she said.
“He then went into town and she went on a hen party and he was happy and excited because of what had happened that day.
“He went back to the house and found his wife naked with another man.
“He became upset and caused all the damage and accepts he manhandled her but says he did not punch her.
“He accepts the relationship is now over and is living with his parents before moving to Cornwall to start a new life where he has a job and accommodation lined up.”
Spry was released on conditional bail and will be sentenced on September 10.
