March for a Future That Works
Unison Lincolnshire Health will be taking 2 Coaches to London this coming Saturday, October 20th. We are joining in with the TUC's co-ordinated March for a Future that Works. We would like to invite you to join us.
Our Coaches are departing from Lincoln Train Station at 06:30 and then picking up in Grantham 07:25. Our Second Coach will be picking up in Sleaford at 06:00 and Boston at 06:30 all travel is free. Please do be aware that we will be using the underground system from the 02 Arena due to the logistics of getting everyone into central London.
They'll be taking to the streets because they believe that government spending cuts and privatisation are not the way to get us out of recession. Instead, these cuts are standing in the way of delivering the jobs and growth that we need.
UNISON members believe cutting vital public services hurts the most vulnerable members of our society. People who can least afford to pay the price of the recession caused by the bankers.
