Men charged after villagers complain
Police have charged five men with peddling without a licence after complaints from residents in two Lincolnshire villages.
It follows incidents last Tuesday in Welton at 4.25pm and Nettleham at 7.15pm where a group of men were alleged to be doorstep selling.
Lincolnshire Police investigated and they have now charged five men.
They are Jac Ford, 20, Reece Warren, 19 and Graham Bell, 17, all from Middlesbrough in Cleveland; Darreth Morgan, 32, from Nottingham; and Darren Shann, 25, of Hull.

Bell was also charged with theft from a dwelling.
Another man was released by police without charge. Police want to hear from anyone else in Nettleham, Welton or any of the surrounding villages who were approached by people selling items at the doorstep.
