Minute's applause for Keith Alexander and Richard Butcher ahead of Macclesfield Town v Lincoln City
There will be a minute’s applause before the match between Macclesfield and Lincoln City on Wednesday night as the clubs mark the passing of Keith Alexander.
The Blue Square Bet Premier clash at Moss Rose takes place three days after the third anniversary of the death of former Imps and Silkmen manager Keith Alexander at the age of 53.
Alexander’s death was then tragically followed by the death of former Macclesfield and Lincoln player Richard Butcher at the age of 29.
