They will now scour a 6km area in the hope of finding her.

Inspector Outen, of Lincolnshire Police, said: "We have had a couple of sightings of Marion in the Hainton area at about 10.30pm on December 27.

"We are now concentrating our efforts on that area and will keep going until we have eliminated all searches.

"After that, we will then decide where we go next.

"We are continuing on the premise that Marion has found shelter and sustenance."

Police are set to distribute 1,000 missing posters of Marion while her details have been uploaded to the national Missing Persons database.

Inspector Outen also wants the public to aid the search by checking sheds and outbuildings and wants landowners to stay vigilant.

"Landowners will know their land better than anybody and will know if anything is out of place.

"We also want the public to keep checking their sheds and outbuildings."

Anyone with information should call Lincolnshire Police on 101.
