Cherry Willingham, who surrendered the top spot last weekend when they suffered a surprise defeat at Hartsholme, will be confident of getting back to winning ways when they host second-bottom Scothern.
Scothern, however, will be looking to inflict another shock defeat on Cherry or at least pick up as many points in defeat as possible, as they still have hopes of avoiding relegation.
They are on equal points with both Morton and Hykeham.
Morton are away to fifth-placed Nettleham, while Hykeham are without a game.
The final game in the division sees North Scarle, who are well adrift at the bottom of the table, host fourth-placed Lindum, whose batsman Pierce Morley-Barnes is second in the league's runs table having scored 654 this season.
Division One leaders Martin need just two more victories to secure an immediate return to the top flight.
They will hope to chalk up one this weekend when they travel to third-bottom Middle Rasen, who are just one point above the relegation zone.
Carholme have been in excellent form of late and have moved away from the relegation places.
Steve Peace's side have a tough match on Sunday, however, when they travel to Cross O'Cliff Court to face a Bracebridge Heath side that have turned themselves into title contenders in recent weeks.
Bracebridge will be hoping to take advantage of second-placed Saxilby not having a match, to reduce the gap.
Elsewhere in the division, fourth-placed Blankney travel to Heckington, who are two places below them, while fifth-placed Boston 2nds host second-bottom Old Lincolnians.
There's only three games in Division Two this weekend.
Third-placed Lindum 2nds host bottom side Winthorpe and fourth-placed Branston are at home to Nettleham 2nds, who are third bottom.
The final game involves mid-table sides Heighington and Fulbeck.
Division Three leaders Hougham & Marston are at home to second-bottom Nocton, while second-placed Millers will be hoping to keep up the pressure at the top when they travel to Hykeham 2nds, who are fourth-bottom.
Fourth-placed Reepham host a Cherry Willingham 2nds side who are one place below them.
Cherry have the division's second leading wicket-taker in Luke Benyon, who has 29 victims this season.
The final game see mid-table sides Aisthorpe and Aswarby do battle.
