Shoppers can now benefit from a furniture display area extended to 25,000 sq ft – about the size of two Olympic swimming pools – with hundreds of pieces of furniture on show.
The food hall boasts new fixtures, fittings and a more spacious and light layout.
Ranges include electrical goods, homewares, Lincolnshire Quality Meat and Local Choice items like beer, cheese and cakes.
Activities during the re-launch weekend involve demonstrations and taste sessions run by some of Lincolnshire Co-operative's many suppliers, including Dennetts Ice Cream, Batemans, Pipers Crisps, Pocklington Pies, Gadsby's bakery, Fogarty duvets and Lebus Upholstery.
The gardening area will host Original Touch Seeds, based in Welton, which will be running children's planting sessions.
There will also be an Easter Egg hunt on Sunday and Lincolnshire Co-op's mascot Kool Kat will be entertaining the crowds.

“The reason Ethel Austin are no longer within the Societies stores at Moorland, Lincoln and Lindsey Centre, Gainsborough is because they went into receivership.”

“I went in there the other day, and it's looking good.
I didn't see the Ethel Austin franchise, have they vacated?”
