New supermarket opens in Lincoln's High Street
A new supermarket has opened its doors in Lincoln High Street.
The Lion Food Centre is the third business to be established by local entrepreneur Sinan Karaaslan, who also owns a sandwich shop outside Lincoln College and a Polish supermarket opposite Monks Abbey Primary School. The new shop includes a mixture of international and English cuisine as well as a butchery counter and bakery. It has created 10 jobs.

“Sinan is actually Turkish and has been living and working in Lincoln for at least 15 years and before that in London that I no of. Best of luck to him the building has been empty for long enough.”
