KGM, part of North Hykeham-based Lindum Group, to work on new Tottenham Hotspur stadium

A construction firm has been awarded a £3 million contract to work on part of Tottenham Hotspur's new stadium development.

KGM, a division of North Hykeham-based Lindum Group, will install roofing and cladding in the scheme for the Premier League football club.

The company will be working on a Sainsbury's supermarket within the £400 million Northumberland Development Project in London.

It is one of several parts of a wider project, which includes plans to build a 56,000-seat stadium.

KGM will have a full time project management team based on site, in addition to the roofing and cladding teams.

The work is due to start in March, with the store set to open in November.
