North Sea Camp man on the run re-arrested in connection with serious sexual assault
A man who went on the run from HMP North Sea Camp prison has been re-arrested in connection with a serious sexual assault in Boston.
Alan Wilmott, 47, originally from Middlesex, failed to return to the open prison after a day release on September 15.
He was serving a life sentence for offences including burglary.
Willmott was arrested by the Metropolitan Police in London this morning.

He was the arrested a second time in connection with the serious sexual assault that allegedly occurred in Butterwick, near Boston, on September 15.
Officers from the police’s Emerald Team will interview Wilmott on his return to Lincolnshire.
