REVIEW: The Lunchtime Kick-off with Leigh Curtis
The Lunchtime Kick-Off with Leigh Curtis is over for another week.
It has been a busy week down at Sincil Bank, with speculation rife as to who will succeed David Holdsworth as Lincoln City manager.
-

Leigh Curtis will take your questions in our web chat
Grant Brown is in caretaker charge at present and has said he will see how his two games go before making a decision, while former assistant manager Gary Simpson has thrown his hat into the ring.
How close are we to a decision? What is needed? How did the Imps players react the next time they got on the pitch? It was all talked about with Leigh Curtis.

“hi think that who ever the board of lincoln city fc appiont as there new manager should begiven the chance to prove him self and the board should back him all the way, in good times and bad times, and it should ithere somene that ue to play for lincoln city fc or someone that as lincoln city at heart and the club surporters as well, and i all so think the boaed should ask the surporters who thay whont as manager of the club,as it is them who pay to see the team play, and if thing dont go how wiith reults the board should not rush into saking the manager,as to me as a surporter that is whot thay do when things go wrong, at the club, and thay should do whot thay can to back the manager up so thay do not have to get rid of there best players, and thay should take a leaf out of manchster unitd by stickng with the same manager, like manchester unitd have with alxes fergasson thay stuck by him when things did not go there way when thay first appionted him,”

“From Mikecadwel Hi leigh I notice the directors at city have at last woken up to the fact that investment is vital to the future well being of the football club. Being as investment seems to be in short supply in England I did wonder if the time had come to try for investment from abroad. We already have ( German ) firms making profits in Lincoln and wondered if in the future we could see foreign sponcered quality players taking to the pitch at Lincoln. Lincoln Audi are already helping ( to there credit ) with sponcership and I did wonder if anybody had ever approached aldi or lidl or maybe a Russian or American Millionare if we get rearly lucky.Do you think this is pie in the sky thinking or maybe just maybe there might be a bit of truth in it ?
Regards Mikecadwel”
