Olympic Torch Relay celebrations along Lincolnshire's east coast
TORCHBEARERS are limbering up to carry the Olympic Flame along the east coast when it comes to Lincolnshire next week.
On June 27, exactly a month before the start of the London 2012 Olympic Games, inspirational people from across the area will be carrying the torch on its relay route through the county.

The torch will leave Grimbsy Dock Tower just after 6am, making its way to Louth before arriving in Alford Road, Mablethorpe at 9.02am.
From there, the torch will run along the A52, through the villages of Sutton on Sea, Mumby, Hogsthorpe and Ingoldmells before arriving in Skegness at 11.58am where it will stop for lunch.

The route will then head off once more before arriving at Wainfleet All Saints at 1.37pm.
Glennis Rogerson, 70, will be carrying the torch from Skegness station to Alexandra Road at around 1.25pm.
She said: "I am looking forward to it, there's so much hype though and I think it's going to be over before you think of it because it's only a short distance.
"I'm so pleased to able to do it for the Palm's Tai Chi club because that has really helped me.
"The most inspiring thing for me has been when I went to Skegness Infant School last week and did an assembly and around 20 minutes of Tai Chi with each class, they really seemed to enjoy it."
The Olympic Torch will be followed by Follow The Light when it comes to Skegness, which is a colourful parade performance with costumes being made by those who help to organised the Notting Hill carnival.
At around 1.25pm, there is programmed to be a flypast from fast jets from RAF Coningsby, to mark the occasion.
Other local torchbearers include Arlene Moxon from Boston; Butlins employee Jimmy Clark; Kirkstead Krusaders manager Mick Edwards from Mablethorpe; Rees I'anson from Spilsby; Starr Halley from Skegness and PC Lauren Brown from Great Steeping.
Headteacher of Great Steeping Primary School, Alison King will be carrying the flame through the centre of Skegness after being nominated for her hard work and dedication to her role.
Mrs King said: "I'm feeling nervous and excited but with all the organisation involved in getting all the children along to watch, I've not had too much time to think about my part.
"A governor of the school nominated me. I just think what I do is part of everyday life but it's lovely the school has been mentioned, especially for the children who are all quite excited about it."
In Mablethorpe, from 8.30am onwards, those awaiting the torch's arrival will be entertained by street theatre from Camel Explorers and Bobbies, Lobster a la Carte, Hot Dinners and Roo'd and Play Rangers will be on Central Beach to provide Olympic-inspired fun and free activities for all the family.
Communities along the torch route are also expected to be organising events to celebrate its arrival.
