Olympic Torch Relay fever on Brayford ahead of Festival of Light
Olympic fever is already spreading across the Brayford in Lincoln ahead of tonight's Festival of Light.
Spectators eager to get a front row view of the carnival procession leading the Olympic Torch into the centre of the city are milling around the waterside, bringing a welcome boost to cafes and bars.

Afro-Kubanza will lead the Olympic Torch procession into the Brayford.
Dawn Sendall, owner of the Royal William 1V, said she was ready for the thousands of people expected later. She said: "The beer's cold and we have extra staff on - we are ready and really looking forward to it.
Getting an early seat along the Waterside were the Lott family from Lincoln. Grandfather Keith said: "I think this is great. It's just what the city needs."

Rehearsals are already underway for tonight's entertainment. First to arrive were Afro-Kubanza, a dancing group from Leicester.
One of the members, Jo O'Malley, said: "We are looking forward to leading the carnival into the Brayford.
"We were in Skegness this morning and the atmosphere was electric - we are so proud to be part of this."
Local dance group Urban Studio were also rehearsing. Hannah Saville said: "We got involved late but we will be ready for tonight. All of the group is excited to be part of the event."
