The Lincolnshire Heart Centre will offer primary angioplasty (PPCI), which is the best available treatment for people suffering a heart attack.
The procedure uses a small balloon inserted into the heart from the arm or the leg to unblock a blocked artery which is usually the cause of a heart attack.
And before the centre officially opens, members of the public can get a sneak peek at the facility.
There will be a brief talk outlining how services will improve and change for patients in Lincolnshire with staff on hand throughout the evening.
The event takes place on Friday, January 18 at 6pm in the lecture theatre at Lincoln County Hospital.
Space is limited and to book a place, call 01522 573986 or email anna.temple@ulh.nhs.uk
