John Greed already stocks Pandora jewellery, but it says a stand-alone store was the next natural step.
John Greed, owner and founder, said: “This is a wonderful opportunity for John Greed Jewellery.
"The team and I are very excited about opening our first concept store."
He added: "It is a great opportunity for us and the beautiful city of Lincoln.”
Nigel Simpson, retail director for Pandora said: “We are very excited to be opening a new Pandora store in Lincoln.
"We have worked with John Greed and his team for some years now and we are delighted to further strengthen our relationship.
"We have wanted a standalone store in Lincoln for some time due to its tourism trade, historical landmarks and a strong Pandora following.
"This store has a feminine feel to create a relaxed shopping experience."
Work started on the store at the beginning of August.
It is expected to be finished by the end of this month, and will officially open on October 1.
